At First Apartments we have an extensive portfolio of properties, and will have an apartment that will suit your needs.
From a few days to a few months
Your stay in Auckland could be for just a few days or several months. Alternatively, if you require an apartment for three months we can also meet your needs. And if you intend to temporarily relocate to Auckland, we can offer you an apartment which is completely unfurnished, or fully furnished depending on your circumstances.
Choose an inner city location that suits you
Sometimes getting around Auckland can be difficult, so you'll want a location close to your activities or place of business. First Apartments have properties throughout the Auckland central business district, so if it's upper Queen Street, Downtown Auckland, the Viaduct, the University, Parnell or Ponsonby, we have a property that is conveniently located for you. Serviced Daily, Weekly or Self Service
Depending on the length of your stay and your personal circumstances, you may prefer your apartment to be serviced daily or weekly. With First Apartments the option is yours.
Personal Meet and Greet
Arriving in a new city for the first time can be daunting. So to make your experience in Auckland as easy as possible, we will personally meet and greet you at your First Apartment. On arrival a First host will meet you at a pre-arranged time. You will be escorted to your apartment, shown the in-room facilities and the facilities of the apartment complex if applicable. Your host will explain who to contact if needs arise, and make sure you are comfortably settled into your new abode.
Collection and Drop Offs around Auckland
To make your arrival in Auckland even more hassle free, we can arrange for you to be collected from the Airport, Train or Bus Station (or where ever you may be dropped off) and transported to your First Apartment at a small cost. Likewise, we can arrange shuttles for you when departing for your next destination.
On Call 24 x 7
At First Apartments, we aim to provide you with an apartment to the highest possible standard. However, from time to time problems do occur. If any problems with your accommodation should arise, we offer a 24 x 7 Contact Centre to help you resolve your concerns.
